- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take our customers wants and needs very seriously and when we bid a job, we are doing so with our customers desires in mind. If you as a customer want a job done, we can complete it to your satisfaction, and we also can do break downs, which is where we break a large job into smaller jobs so you, the customer can afford what you want done when you want it! We also offer competitive price, meet or beat, guarantee...which means if you can get a better price and show us the quote, we will meet or beat it. We also offer a 10% bundle discount of all services if you bundle your parking lot line striping with our other services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing working with a new client is a hand shake and asking questions so that everyone understands the scope of work being done. We work with our clients on pricing to find an estimate that is not only fair, but satisfies both parties involved.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you hire someone to do a job you need to be sure they can complete the task and complete it to your needs. If a company is not flexible enough to make sure they're customers are satisfied you, unfortunately, have hired the wrong company.
