It's been close to 2 years since I contacted Raj to help us sell and buy our home. I came across his page on Yelp and decided to reach out for a simple inquiry. My husband was a little hesitant about selling, but I knew it was the right time, as the commute to and from work was burning us out. From the very beginning, Raj was very helpful, committed, and determined to sell our home and help us find our dream home. Well, to our surprise, Raj was able to sell our house WAY above asking price and at the perfect time. Fast forward a year and a half later Raj just helped us find our dream home, 10 min commute, with a pool! And under our budget. The best thing about Raj is that he makes sure to explain everything to you in detail. You can tell that Raj really values and is passionate about his career. He was never pushy , he didn't just let us settle for anything just because it was closer to work. Raj made sure to do his research and really find us our comfy home that not only we loved but our kids ADORE. I can't recommend Raj and Josephine enough. We have decided that Raj is now a part of the family, and we will continue to do business with him in the future as we would like to venture into buying and renting properties. What a great experience it has been, and we are so thankful that Legacy Homes has allowed us to get our kids a nice, cozy, private oasis.

I can happily say the service and guidance provided by Josephine & Raj Sharma at Legacy Homes Realty was an outstanding level of service. I don’t know if many people feel the way I feel but since COVID hit many businesses I go to or do business with don’t seem to care much about customer service anymore and everyone feels like they’re forced to work and have an attitude. But today I can say Raj & Josephine have proven me wrong and they really care about their clients and gave nothing but a 5-star service to me and my family when we purchase our home in Murrieta, CA. Raj and Josephine’s extensive knowledge of the Murrieta housing market allowed us to shop for a home confidently and gave us a better understanding of what to expect. The only attitude they gave me was a positive attitude and welcoming when I had some questions. There are so many agents and real estate companies out there, finding the right one who can look after your best interest and not be pushing sale rep was hard for me to find, until I called Legacy Homes Realty, Raj was very humble and understood my situation and didnt push me like a salesman. I want to say I had a best experience working with Raj on purchasing my first home using my V.A loan benefits. Raj knew how V.A loan works and explained to me what lenders look for in a property and guided me to select the one that will qualify for V.A loan and not waste time on the ones that wouldnt be a good fit. I spoke to few agents before and they all felt like they didnt want to work with me because I wasnt putting any money down to purchase. If youre a veteran or active Military then call Raj today to help you with your next home purchase. He works with local VA lender if you need pre approval. Thanks for helping me find my dream home.

If youre on the market to buy or sell your home in Lake Elsinore or surrounding cities then you have found the best real estate agent in town. Also we're glad you listen to us and got your home ready for the sale, many homeowners think it's a sellers market and they want to sell it in its current condition and they don't do anything, by not doing anything they leave money on the table that buyer would've gave them with higher offer if the house was presentable and show ready. This is what we do when we meet with home sellers on the first meeting, we show them the basics things that needs to be done before listing their home on the market. Some seller (like you) listens and makes it happen and others take it lightly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to helping home sellers we don't cut corners and take photos with our cell phone and put those blurry images online for the whole wide world to see it. We take pride in our work and no matter how small or big the house is we market all properties in a professional manner. We hire a professional photographer for our listings and depending on the floorplan we have them do HD photos, video walk-through, ariel photo/video, 3D walk-through and a floorplan which we advertise on our social platform, and YouTube to drive more buyers to the house. Selling a house for Top-Dollars for our clients is our priority.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to work with new customers and understand what their needs are first. We're not in any rush to push our new customers into home or sell their home. We don't want buyer to rush into buying a house and loose their dream home in a year or seller sell their home if it's not ready to sell and not get top dollars for their home. Educating our clients and understanding their needs is important when working together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Real Estate market is changing daily and we have to keep up to date with market trends and technology. We have to do on going training and improve ourselves. We also have joined mastermind group of Realtors on-line nationwide to learn from each other.
