- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a consultation with my clients before the training process starts. At the consultation we discuss different options, which training road would be best for the client and the dog, and the benefits and extras that come in my classes. To prepare for the consultation I do like to have a quick phone interview (10-15 min). The phone interview gives me a more clear understanding of the dogs behavior and the clients goals.
