Veritas Property Inspection
About this pro
Except for a couple small things, everything in the condo checked out good. The inspector said to call anytime if I have any questions about anything for as long as I live here. As a single mother its nice to have someone to ask about stuff. Thanks.Apr 30, 2018
The house we were purchasing had a couple problems that made us apprehensive about buying it. Nick explained to us that the issues were an easier fix than we thought. Glad we didn't miss out because we really like the house. Nick's inspection was worth every penny!Apr 30, 2018
I'm a licensed real estate agent that does business in Southern California. I met Nick @ Veritas Property Inspection through buyers that hired him to inspect a property that I was selling. He did a good job and was a pleasure to talk to, so I started using him for my clients as well. I highly recommend him.Apr 23, 2018
My wife and I found Nicholas on Yelp. We had a short window to get a home inspection and he was able to fit us into his schedule during the weekend. I'm very happy with him as a home inspector and I gave his number to our niece who is going to buy a home soon. Thanks, GeoffApr 23, 2018
I always recommend a home inspection to all of my buyer clients and Nick at Veritas is at the top of my list. He's polite, punctual, does an excellent job, and is very good with my clients.Apr 23, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Thermal imaging and a visual mold inspection is included in every home inspection; whereas other home inspectors either charge extra or do not offer this service as they are not mold or thermal certified.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a nearly 20 year background in multi-trade residential construction and maintenance, and a formal education from Mt. San Jacinto College and UCLA. I am an active member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and IAC2 (International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants) and hold nearly 30 certifications in various building science systems and subjects.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My entire family is in either construction or real estate. I was exposed to both at a very young age and was blessed with mechanical aptitude. Being involved in building projects and managing ongoing maintenance, I have developed a deep appreciation for sound building practices, safety, and efficiency. I felt compelled to use this experience to help others.
