- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military, first responders and non-profit discounts on our venue fee. Our Ceremony and Reception Venue varies, depending on the day of the week. All of our packages are customizable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first interaction is typical over the phone or through email. We then set a day and time for the couple or guest of honor to come and view the venue and everything we have to offer. We then go over all of the packages and any questions they may have as well as a quote. I send everything home with them including any promotions we have at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many creative classes and workshops over the years. From cake decorating, to making decorations to becoming a bridal consultant.
