- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to engage in a conversation over s phone call to find out relevant information about their current need. I like to give an overview of what to expect when I arrive and also give an idea of how long I estimate a service will take to perform to give an idea of cost

I have been a computer support technician professionally for over 11 years
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've had my own personal computer since I was about 10 years old. I've always had an interest in learning things on my own using a computer as a tool to do so. Years later I found that I've learned a lot about computers and I really enjoy helping others with their technology. It's like teaching people magic.
