- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we offer hourly rates, or we can give flat rate quotes once the customer establishes what thier needs are. We proudly offer discount rates for Seniors or the Proud Men and Woman who served for our Country.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always give our customers a price up front and are very clear of what we are going to do for them. Once we establish a price we stick to it. We offer flat rate pricing as well as hourly rates, if that is what our customers prefer. WE GET IT DONE RIGHT FOR A GREAT LOW PRICE, THEN CLEAN UP AFTER OURSELVES...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder served a old fashioned apprenticeship. That puts quality and customer service and integrity at the top of the list. Later he was made foreman at a very young age for one of the largest commercial electrical contractors in the U.S. After a few years of that he joined the Union and learned the strict quality of craftsmanship standards and was made a foreman for various commercial, solar, and Industrial projects. There he also learned how to splice RG-6, cat 5 and 6E cables as well as phone lines. Besides having our C-10 license, All of our Journeyman electricians have thier State of California General Journeymans license and will provide thier card for you upon request. Also all of our employees must pass a Federal and State criminal back ground search. Before we let them go to your home or business...
