Mark helped me find my last apartment/condo and the previous unit as well. He is always careful to listen to what's important and shows me just what meets my needs. He helps get my application and package prepared for submission right ... I get accepted fast.
He is a landlord and has a great knowledge of what he is doing.

A very knowledgeable pro in both property management and real estate in general. I needed my rental unit leased and Mark did just what he said he would do. Got me a great tenant fast and without the cost of involving other agents and their commissions. I saved 50% off the normal rate and I got good tenants fast. I get my lease, screenings & landlord disclosures all done in the deal.
