Introduction: love children! I have been babysitting since I was 16 years old. I have worked with all types of children and different age ranges. I mainly babysit family friends, but I am currently trying to expand my caring for children. I have babysat children with ADHD and ADD. I also volunteer for Special Olympics. I help children and adults with Autism achieve their physical fitness goals, develop social skills, and of course, provide a fun and safe environment. I also have had experience with coaching children in basketball and soccer. I have been CPR certified and I just signed up to become first aid and AED certified with American Cross. The key to success is truly enjoying what you do and this comes from embracing a variety of different ways to improve your overall skills and understanding. Together we will create an environment that supports your child's specific needs and caters to their specific learning style. We will set goals and asses your child's progress along the way. We will build your child's confidence in the subject through continuous education, motivation, and support. My background in science and passion for wellness allows me to combine the perfect amount of nature and nurture to create an individualized workout plan that can help anyone reach their personal health & fitness goals. I am very passionate abut health & fitness, and want to share my approach to fitness and wellness to help others achieve their optimal wellness and increase their quality of life. Seeing my transform and reach their goals is priceless for me. I love building strong, caring relationships with my students and watch them grow into responsible students that are better prepared for college because they developed the proper study skills and learning techniques to be successful and actually enjoy learning. As well as, pick up important critical thinking and analytical skills along the way. Knowledge is power! But, we must know how to apply that knowledge and use it in innovative ways!

Samantha was a fabulous trainer. She was the first trainer I have ever hired and I was blown away by how knowledgeable she was and how motivating she made our sessions right from the start! I know I'll be sticking with her for years to come!

I was nervous when I first started training with Samantha because I had come from a weightlifting background, however right away she came off personable and very easy to work with. She listened to the goals I wanted to set for myself and helped me to achieve them through fitness and positive lifestyle choices. Highly recommend Samantha for all types of people looking for a positive impact in their life.

Sam has been my personal trainer for 3 sessions now. During our first session I told her my strength goals and she personalized our activities to help me get the most of every session. She is very present and responsive to how I have done to help me make progress through each exercise. I am very happy with my experience and am looking forward to our next session.
