Nick was super responsive to my text messages and came out on a Saturday during the holidays to help us ensure our hot tub was ready to be used for New Years Eve! He even came back out the morning of NYE to retest and confirm we were good to go! Nick was really knowledgeable about everything regarding cleaning and maintaining our hot tub and he helped teach us what to do moving forward. I gave Nick a call after checking out his website because I needed someone to replace my pool filters and he went above and beyond! While changing my filters he took the time to ask if I've ever tested the water for chemical balance (which I hadn't in a while) found out it was off and he easily corrected it for me! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our repair pricing varies depending on the work needed. For weekly maintenance the price is per month and varies based on the body of water (fountain, hot tub, pool, etc). We DO NOT charge for chemicals and some discounts are available throughout the year. Currently we are offering 10% off services by signing up for our mailing list on our website
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The initial stage of our process involves communication with the client. Because we tailor our services specifically to each client, we want to make sure we know specifically what their goals are, and what types of use the pool, spa or fountain gets. The next stage is performing a free inspection to determine the best course of action to get the client to their goal. The next step is to come up with a price and game plan as far as what they can expect as well as a day and time they can expect us. Then the remaining stages are performing the work and lastly, staying in communication with the client. We always want to make sure they are happy with their service and everything is working correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was born and raised in the pool, spa & fountain service industry. I began performing duties for my father when I was around 5 years old and was tasked with more important jobs as I got older. I have been training and researching things in the industry consistently for the last 10 years and have a number of training certifications through companies such as Spears Plumbing, and OSHA. A lot of work performed in this industry involves learning through doing and with over 25 years of experience I have learned a lot.
