- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please contact us for complete real estate media pricing. We would love to put together a package that suits your needs. We can provide any combination of traditional HDR images, Matterport 3D scans, 4K video home tours, drone footage and images, and 2D floor plans. We can also provide commercial video and professional headshots upon request. Our packages have built in discounts when adding additional services to the same service session, and we would be happy to discuss further discounts for booking multiple listings with us at once. The average photo job will have an initial turnaround of 24 hours with subsequent client edits dependent on the changes requested. The average video job will have an initial turnaround of about 5 business days varying with the type of job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off by scheduling a quick phone call - I think a live discussion is always the best way to discover needs, determine fit, answer any questions, and schedule all at once. It's important that we're on the same page, not just for time and location, but in terms of expectations and aesthetic preferences as well. That said, feel free to contact us in any way, leave us a message, send an email, let's get to work!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A picture really does count for a thousand words. Look for samples from the professional you're going to be working with. Especially in creative services, where style and feel is often hard to convey with words alone. Even if the photographer/videographer is excellent in terms of technical skills, the professional's overall style may differ significantly from another technically skilled artist. In the same way, each customer has their own aesthetic tastes - so, to get to the point, look at or ask for samples, if you like the artistic style of the professional's portfolio then you'll probably like the product you buy from them. If the mental picture you have for the final media differs significantly from the portfolio you're looking at, consider a different professional for this project - even if you like their work.
