Introduction: I'm a health, wellness, and fitness enthusiast. So my goal goes beyond making my clients feeling temporarily better. (Although that goal is very important too!) My overall goal is for them to continually feel better for longer, by making them aware of their imbalances that create pain and poor functional biomechanics and help guide and correct bad posture and movement patterns so they live and move more healthy and pain free! I have 7 years experience as a licensed massage therapist. Recovery from an active, sedentary, or stressful life is crucial for overall health! Massage is great to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Deep tissue is great for chronic stress that has physically manifested from work, injuries, trauma, accidents, bad posture, emotional stress, or just life in general. My clients range from active and retired athletes, expecting mothers, the work force, and retired people who all want to move and feel better. I do my best to work with your specific wants and needs. I enjoy making clients move and feel better. Reducing pain and stress for others is one of the most rewarding things you can do for someone!
