- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer military and first responder discounts ($10 off). We have special offers on Facebook. We also will provide you with a loyalty punch card that will allow an additional 15% off your fifth service with us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? While booking your appointment, we want to find out what your needs are so that you are with the best therapist to give you the best experience possible. Upon arrival we will have you fill a piece of paper, then take you into one of the rooms and discuss further what your preferences are, goals for the session, and answer any questions you may have. Once the session has started you receive the full hands on time booked. If you booked an hour, that is 60 minutes hands on! Upon completion of your service, your service provider will greet you outside the room, hand you water, take your payment (cash or credit), give you recommendations, offer to book your next appointment and walk you out!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Collectively the four of us have about 40 years of massage therapy experience between us. Kim has 11 years of esthetic experience. We each have completed vocational schooling and have been licensed through the state of Illinois, as well as 24 hours of continuing education every two years.
