Besides only having 1 guy come to do the Sheetrock work, first day he came didn’t have any tools. It took him 4 days what two guys could have completed in a day and a half. Then when I went over to the house after he was finished he didn’t finish around the air return. Had trouble paying as well.. he was a very nice guy, but was a little overwhelmed I think..

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always go personally to meet with a new customer and welcome them into our family. Also to find out what their needs and wants are and tell them how my company will meet those needs and wants. I am very hands on and stand behind my work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for a cleaning service and decided I could start my own business so I did back in Florida. When I moved to Texas in 2006 I gave it to one of my employees that was with me from the start. I played housewife up untill 3 yrs ago was asked if I would do what was then 2 beach houses which are 9 now. Then it lead me to having to find lawn care or a handyman for my customers. So I have turn it into a company a company that offers several diffrent services. I stand behind all work done and we aim and will satisfy our customers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have 9 beach houses I take care of they are my babies. I love reading the reviews on them they all speak of how clean and well kept these homes are.
