I am regional construction manager for American Residential Properties. Bonafide Carpets has handled all of our carpet cleaning and pressure washing needs. In the rental industry carpets tend to be very dirty. I have seen Fred from Bonafide take carpets I thought needed to be replaced and clean them with his truck mounted system to the point the carpet looked new again.
