There are no words that can express how thankful I am for Cristina. The combination of her intuitively guided yoga, her remarkable ability to pinpoint areas of concern, her sincere observation, her suggestions that literally break down walls, to her natural healing ability. She has helped me through a low point in my life and has gotten me in touch with the divine that resides in myself and helped me to recognize it in everyone and I am eternally grateful. Cristina is a respectful, professional, and very wise beyond her years. I highly recommend her wholeheartedly. Thank you.Jun 4, 2017
Cristina is a very special soul with so much to share! :) She is kind, compassionate, empathetic, & can read her students with ease. I would recommend a class or individual session with her for any level of yogi. She is amazing! :)May 30, 2017
Cristina teaches to the level of ability of her students, offering more challenging options for the advanced and modifications for the less advanced student. Everyone can benefit from Cristina's classes. Cristina creates a positive environment and generates enthusiasm for each individual's practice.May 29, 2017
Cristina has a calming presence in her practice that encourages healthy body image and a very honest experience. Not only is she experienced and trained (her credentials are fantastic, just ask her!) but she's also a wonderful person.May 28, 2017
Cristina is a very thoughtful teacher with a sincere concern for her students.May 28, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Typically, I price one hour of my time at $90, and that price may go up or down by $30 depending on a few factors. My price increases slightly if the service requested is therapeutic yoga, (incorporating yoga, Ayurveda, reiki, and prayer) which demands more of me and takes longer than a basic private yoga lesson or reiki massage. My price decreases if my client is willing to travel to me, as well as if they are seeking a simple service or treatment. My aim is to truly help people, and although I can't pay my rent with karma, I am willing to discuss pricing and to find a solution that works best for me and my clients so that we can work together in the long-run. It is much more beneficial to do this type of healing work for at least a few weeks, as opposed to one session here or there, and I want to help facilitate that as best I can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to start with a brief phone call to introduce ourselves, get a feel for each other, and plan our meeting time(s) and place. I have a waiver for my new clients to fill out, and though the first session is introductory, I like to start with the goal in mind from the beginning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I completed my bachelor's degree in International Affairs at Rollins College - (this relates to my work because there I learned about the international epidemic of human trafficking and realized I had an opportunity to help with my gifting as a yoga instructor and healer). I completed my first Yoga Teacher training in New Smyrna Beach in 2014, completed Reiki Level I training in August of 2016, completed an Ayurveda for Yoga Teachers training in November of 2016, and completed 500 hours of Yoga Teacher training in India in March and April of 2017.
