- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new buyers, I prefer to meet for a brief buyer's consultation to ensure we have a good connection and believe we can work well together. It is also a wonderful chance to discuss all the wants and needs in the next purchase and review the purchase process. For sellers, I prefer to meet at the home you want to sell. This gives me a chance to walk through it and see all of the wonderful traits that make it unique to other homes on the market. Discuss marketing strategy, and review pricing strategy to meet your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate Bachelor's degree in History, and worked as a paralegal for many years before entering the world of real estate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My CFO at a former employer suggested it to me as it matched my personality and passion for real estate. Gosh darn it, he was right! I love my job!
