Great company to deal with. They did exactly what they promised in a single day. Replaced all the sheeting since the old stuff had black mold on it; followed up with some nice architectural shingles. I particularly appreciated the fact that the guys protected the plants that were around our house, plus our heat pump. After all the work was done, they used a rolling magnet all around the house to make sure any stray nails were out of our yard and away from our one and three-year-old boys. Thanks so much for all the super effort!
UPDATE: I've since had Cascade work on our second house, and their work was again superior. Arturo (foreman) explained everything that he was doing, and went beyond what was promised. He and his crew installed new roof vents since the current bath fans weren't even hooked up. They even noticed that the chimney wasn't properly sealed around the flashing, so they cleaned that out and sealed it properly.
Overall, their work is excellent and they DON'T cut corners. A+ work yet again.

Had an old, leaky roof that needed to be replaced. We are very happy we chose Cascade Roofing to do the job. From the tear off to installation, the crew was prompt and courteous and they thoroughly cleaned up the yard before leaving. It was a pleasure to work with this company. The roof looks beautiful.

Nels worked with us patiently for different roof and ventilation related options. Very professional and honest. The roofers also fixed minor issues quickly after the install. Very responsive with all my questions and requests. I will definitely recommend this roofing company.
