Introduction: I will tell you everything I see in the home. Some things you will care about and some you won't. I like to try and put things in perspective and then let you decide what is important to you. I will take the house on a complete test drive from the roof to the foundation and everything in between. I do my very best to not leave any stone unturned. This is what I do for all my clients and this is what I will do for you. I am a ASHI member and AHIT certified and I exceed their standard of practice. I also offer additional services such as gas safety inspection, sewer lateral, termite inspection, and radon testing. Buying a house is probably one of the biggest financial decision you will in make in your life. Who you trust to be apart of that decision is a big deal. I take great pride in what I do . I love knowing that I get to help people make a smart and educated decisions.

James did an amazing job and was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. My wife and i feel much more at ease about buying our new home due to the attention to detail and variety of services he was able to offer including the gas appliance safety inspection which found a defective furnace. I would highly recommend turn key home inspections to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices off how many square feet the property is and what services I will be providing
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I am hired we will scheduled when you would like the property inspected. It is optional for you and your agent to be there. I will take pictures and notes and then put them in to a report for you later that day or the next morning. If you ever have any questions about something you can always feel free to give me a call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a year of on the job training and went to AHIT for my home inspector training
