What a super, clean and quick job. I'm really impressed by the work that was done to replace my water heater.I have to say. The initial appointment for coming by to look at the work that had to be done was not kept on time. The owner only came after I called, but what pursued was all good. The cost was comparable to bigger companies, however I intentionally chose a locally run company because if we don't support our neighbors, then who will? To build a stronger caring community we must help strengthen those living in it. As long as those running their businesses are proficient and professional in their trade, then we would be fools to turn our backs on them and import comparable work from elsewhere.

Terrible experience. I was assigned this company via my home warranty claim. They have no respect for your time. After speaking to their office, she left me a voice mail confirming a WED appointment. I confirmed by calling back and it was set. The Tuesday before my scheduled appointment, I start getting phone calls from another number that didnt leave a voicemail. It didn't matter because my appointment was WED and I was at work when they tried to call. WED I took off work for the appointment, and they no showed, no called. I called the office back and was given excuses that they thought it was a TUES appointment (nevermind the voicemail I have confirming WED).I rescheduled for a Sunday (so I wouldn't have to take off work) at 7am. Again, no show, no call. I followed up by calling them and was told they would want to come at 11 (which didnt work for me). So, the office never resolved, didn't reschedule, and never called back.Never use this company as they don't value you your time.
