It is always so rewarding to tell a relieved customer that their data isn't lost, or their computer isn't toast. I also enjoy the challenge of working off of a vague description of the issue, and then going through the process of solving the it. I like the detective work of tracking down new problems I've never seen before. It keeps me sharp and it keeps me honest. I have no problem admitting when I am beat, thankfully it rarely ever happens!

This guy is amazing!!! He fixed my beat up Samsung laptop and he made it run like new again. When it was time for a new computer he made some recommendations and I bought a brand new Mac Air that I totally love. He was extremely helpful in transferring my data in a discreet and professional manner. He also showed me how to transfer my data and set up back ups so my documents are safe in case my computer crashes.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Any time I work with a new customer I get to know the nature of the issue through questions that are not so technical in nature that it leaves their heads spinning. I don't like using a lot of technical jargon unless you have a better understanding of computer terminology. I will never talk down to a client. After getting a better understanding of the issue I will give you an honest diagnosis of your computer problem, and a time frame for me to complete the work. This is a static block of time, meaning if the repair takes longer, you do not pay any extra. That is my way of motivating myself to get the job done quick and your device back in your hands.
