It was a pleasure working with Brad. He came on time, he did very detailed inspection and sent the report the same evening. He also did wind mitigation report and sent it the next day. During the inspection he was happy to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He even gave me aluable advice on several maintenance issue. I highly recomend Mix Home Inspections, not only as great inspection company but also as a very good value.
