These are the guys you call so that you don’t have to keep calling a plumber. My sewer line was cracked at the street and cracked at my house. They repaired everything added a clean out that won’t look ugly or break. They used top grade materials, full permits which were a pain to get and left me with the distinct feeling that I will die of old age before that Sewer needs to be repaired again. If Mike Holmes had a sewer company it would be Darins Inc.

Tim came out and inspected my sewer issue. Gave me a quote and explained in detail what he would do if he was hired for the job. Cleaned out my sewer line from my catch basin all the way through to the city piping. Then reassured his work by showing camera evidence of the job done. My issue was resolved shortly after work began. Would definitely hire Tim and his partner again.

Tim came out to try and rod out a clogged kitchen sink but it was hopeless as I thought because I saw the THICK Black gunk. He kept me informed and gave me several options but in the end we thought it better to replace 10feet of the old rusty galvanized pipe. He gave me a written contract guaranteeing and work for 3 years. Great to work with and he left the place cleaner than it was before the work. I have his sticker on my wall and will call him first if I have any problems. His price was very reasonable too!

Priced a fixed price and stuck to it Helped with deck removal and didn't damage the deck. Offered adding the clean out and gave me time to compare costs on the internet. He was offering at half the cost and let me know it wasn't necessary because the current repair is better than the original that lasted 30 years. Stopped work and explained all important steps. Took the time to explain the current status when I got curious. Had the help and tools for everything. Showed the camera view from the house to the sewer when the job was finished. Replaced the deck boards and power washed the deck so it was better then the start. Demonstrated great pride in his work.

I'm licensed through the city of Chicago to do all underground plumbing and drainage work. we are licensed by all the towns that we work in and we are insured up to two million dollars.
