About this pro
Quick response. Great priceMay 7, 2018Verified
Outstanding Results! Sam fit us into his schedule quickly. His team began right away working quickly and efficiently. His equipment is effective; not your do-it-yourself rentals. He understands that it’s better to take your time and do a job right the first time. I found him very trustworthy and professional. I look forward to hiring him again.Apr 15, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer fair pricing for the work we do. If you find someone that's less there is for sure a reason why. I want to give you a service & floors that last. Not one that is cheap. Cheap equates to problems. I always give my customer's 110%! My knowledge of 30 years is reflected on every job! *I offer $50.00 off if you pick a future date within 7 days from date we estimated your project. *Other offers are available-ask for more details We are A+ rated with the BBB as an accredited business! We have won the "no complaints" award 4 years straight with the BBB!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I personally come to your home to discuss what you need done & then give my professional suggestions on the best way to proceed to reach that goal. I always measure the floors on site so I can give you a written estimate shortly afterward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 30 years plus of on the job training! I can & have worked with all kinds of stains & finishes ranging from oil based, water based, formaldehyde based, and acid cured finishes. I have also worked with all sorts of hardwoods including red oak, white oak, maple, american cherry, Brazilian cherry, mahogany, Australian cypress, fir, pine, Padouk, ebony, hickory, and the list goes on.
