I had a clogged kitchen sink. I have had this issue, ongoing for several years. One person guaranteed that it was going to be fixed. He was one before Paul. Needless to say, they did not. Before that three others. One said it was because my septic tank needed to be cleaned. Did that. Then they said $350 to "blow" out my pipes. $350 an hour! NO!!!! Called in another plumber. He snaked it . 10 minutes later, he says he can't do it and to call someone with electric tools. SMH So in desperation, I finally after days of trying to baby it, and nothing working, I finally decided to try yet again to find, hopefully, what in my mind was a fair, reasonable and honest plumber, I happened onto Thumbtack. Thank you. I filled out the request, and not really expecting much to be honest. Within an hour I received a bid. A very very reasonable price from only one and it was Paul. He offered to come the next morning, which happened to be Labor Day. I did not answer for two days, and after receiving a reminder, I finally agreed, I am so happy that I did. He worked with it a while. Then he used the industrial water ram (I had to look it up...lol). All this time he is visually monitoring the flow of water. Waiting for it to whirlpool down the drain. Then, finally, he brought out the handy dandy old-fashioned plumbers' tool...yep, a plunger. He then worked with his body weight to plunge through the rest of the clog he'd broken with his other tools. Finally, THE WHIRLPOOL!! He ran the water several minutes. It has been great to wash dishes all at once. Not having to wash in intervals, waiting for the water to drain. If that wasn't enough, he offered to clean up the mess AND TO put everything back under the sink. I appreciated the offer, but told him that I would do it...happily. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ANY AND ALL THAT READ THIS REVIEW. THANK YOU PAUL!! THANK YOU THUMBTACK!

I charge $95.00 per diagnostic call whether air-conditioning or plumbing. The parts and labor are in addition to the 95.00

I have two state licenses for plumbing and air-conditioning, I was a plant manager and maintenance supervisor for many years. I also do energy analysis.
