Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We believe piano lessons should be fun, creative, and engaging. We know that every student learns differently, so we do not follow a one-size-fits-all approach to piano education. We take time to learn about your student, and use materials and resources to help them engage and learn in the very best ways. We are immersed in the piano pedagogy community, and are active in our pursuit of new ideas, best resources, ways to engage and help students learn, and how to make piano practice productive. Susan Chesser specializes in teaching piano to beginners during the week, and Ryan Chesser teaches adults on Saturday mornings only. We have a home studio in North Lakeland. We do have an active background check on file with MusicLink. We want young piano students to have a strong grasp on technique, musicality, and music theory. Because we want to produce well-rounded musicians, we include instruction in aural theory (ear training), composing/arranging, and music technology applications as well. We also teach how to play pop music, church music, chord charts, and lead sheets.

This is my business, so I'm not quite sure if you'll value my rating quite as much as the others. Instead, I'll just tell you about what is important to me: I believe piano lessons should be fun, creative, and engaging. I take time to learn about your student, and use materials and resources to help them engage and learn in the very best ways.I believe students must be supported by both teacher and parent to be successful, so we provide instruction in how to practice, provide practice tools and videos, and equip parents to help make practice productive.I don't believe in doing things the way they've always been done - I'm always seeking out new ideas, new ways to teach, new ways to grow as a teacher. I don't rely on how I was taught as a child or in college - I want to continue to grow and learn so that I can provide the best piano education to you.

This place was awesome! She hired me to come in and photograph her and her student. It was a lot of fun for all of us, and seeing such young minds grasp piano (something I don't even get) is quite impressive. Great job! keep up the good work in the community.

My daughters took lessons with Mrs. Chesser for two years. She was always open to trying new things to reach them at a developmentally appropriate level. Each year as I saw pictures of piano recitals from other studios I was reminded how important it is to have a teacher like her that cares about learning proper form as much as learning to love creating music. Our family had an excellent experience with this studio and were always well supported both in and out of lessons. We are moving onto other extracurricular activities but it is not because this studio lacked in any way.
