- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
oh yes I do have a firm structure for my pricing and you'll see above and my quote that is spelled out very easily and also if you've read this far and your first responder or military active or retired I do offer discounts call and ask or text an ask
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
well first thing most customers are new customers I do have some repeats . but we discuss the project that's needed and any extras or major concerns that they need for me to triple check on for them and we agree to what I will do for them and arrange the inspection time and date that accommodate their needs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been to a professional training school for home inspectors @120 hours I have been to courses for wind mitigation and for four-point inspections as well as WDO i've done training for mobile homes I've done specialty courses on electrical heating air conditioning and plumbing of run the full Gauntlet of Education that you can for the aspects of just home inspections and not a contractor looking for work I'm not a handy man looking for work I am a home inspector and that's what I was trained for
