Genesis committed to being at my house at 1p. At 1:06, I contacted him through Thumbtack b/c I had not provided my phone # when I hired him (he was great on the front end for communicating through this site, so I saw no need). By 1:15, he hadn't responded, so I tried to call but he couldn't hear me, so I texted him. By 1:20, I still hadn't heard from him, so I called - left a message. Finally, at 1:24, he texted back "Running a little late. Looking at closer to 4. Sorry for the inconveniences." No advanced notice, my time/effort to hunt him down, and a very unprofessional reply (3 hours is hardly "a little late" and "Sorry for the inconveniences" is the opposite of exquisite care). Very poor form. If I ran my business this way, I'd lose a lot more than $20-25 a pop, but my lowest paying customer is as important to me and my reputation as my highest. I'm sure Genesis won't bemoan the loss of my account, but I hope he learns from this for the success of his venture and the sake of his customers.

Sir, I'm not sure what your motive is behind this but I am a business owner that takes pride in my work. Therefore, I do not rush through my customers yard to get to the next. We at Xquisite Lawn Care take care of our customers lawn needs in a proper manner. Please don't try to slander our name because we didn't come at the exact time you requested. Sorry I wasn't able to satisfy your lawn needs.
