Elizabeth did a fantastic job with my daughters Senior pics. My daughter had a fantastic time with her and she really captured who my daughter was. She even worked with me being in Minnesota and kept in good contact with me and kept me involved in every step of the way. Thank you so much Elizabeth!Oct 7, 2016Verified
Liz did an amazing job with my wedding photos! I had no set idea about what I wanted and I got some truly amazing shots!May 12, 2017Verified
We had Elizabeth take photos of a mini-family reunion. I had a list of shots that I wanted-this group, that group, etc. She was discreet and took a lot of great candid shots.Mar 31, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?A typical photo session is one hour and costs $250, a typical mini session is half an hour and costs $125. Not all sessions fit within these parameters but this is a good idea of what I am offering.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After exchanging information, I like to get in touch by phone but email is also effective as I get back to the customer as soon as I can when using this method. I like to find out what the customer has in mind for their session. If they do not know where they would like their photo session location to be, I will offer them a variety of options that fit within their vision of the photo session. We talk about the date and time that would work best for them and I offer advice on clothing if needed. I use Paypal as my invoice method which the customer will receive in a timely manner. The due date is always indicated on the invoice as well as the session information and any additional notes pertinent to the payment process. I like to send a reminder of the photo session, especially if it was booked long beforehand. It is always fun meeting each customer and/or their family on the big day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a full time art student at the Academy of Art University, working towards my Master of Arts degree in Photography.
