Robb did the entire tile and wood flooring during remodeling of our house and also installed Silestone counter tops. Workmanship was excellent, follow-up after installation for client satisfaction speaks volume of his integrity. We recommended Robb to a number of our friends and every single one of them were full of praises for his high quality work. Robb takes pride in is workmanship. Devotes exceptional amount of time in getting things done for the satisfaction of his clients. He provides exceptional value for the cost incurred. One of the most trusted people that we have encountered in service providers. Robb recently did the entire tiling of kitchen and bathrooms of one of our units. Also tiled the bathroom tub walls, he workmanship is exceptional. He was punctual and communicated regularly to update on the progress of the project. Followed up to gauge the satisfaction. We have utilized Robb's service over a number of years, his professionalism, quality of work, integrity is exceptional. We highly recommend Robb and his company.

I have had Footprint Wood & Stone (Robb Olson) work on 4 of my homes (personal + rental properties) over the past 8 years and have been nothing short of amazed by the quality and attention to detail Robb and his team have provided on each one of my projects. (Master Bath, Main Bath, Stone Veneer Fireplace, Floors (Tile, Wood, Refinish), Painting, Kitchen Counters, Backsplash, Cabinets) With each job Robb has come in with a reasonable bid given the request, completed the job on time, and within budget. I know Robb will see the project from end to end to ensure every detail is covered while keeping me informed along the way of the progress completed. Robb has even sent pictures throughout the day as major milestones are met on the project to keep me involved even though I am not at the house to see the work complete. Its hard in this day and age to find a connection like Robb who you trust in your home while you are away at work. Robb ensured that the job site was clean and organized at the end of each day and ready for family time each night. I strongly recommend Robb and team to anyone, and in fact, he has done a master bath remodel for my in-laws, laid a new kitchen floor for my Mom and installed bamboo floors for a friend. I have more work lined up for Robb in the future as his craftsmanship has yet to be matched by any other bids I have had on my properties.

Footprint Wood & Stone has completed several housing projects for me. Robb and Bob have done tile flooring, tiling in my bathroom/showers, and has also done stone walls on my cabin. Robb's eye for design is incredible. He pays attention to detail. His passion clearly comes through in his work and while he is working with his customers. I would seek out Footprint Wood & Stone for all my wood and stone projects.

If quality and craftsmanship matter and you want it done right the first time with a fair price and an attention to detail, then we are your guys. I am 1 of only 15 CERTIFIED FLOORING INSTALLERS in the Twin Cities area so you can be sure your project will be installed correctly and professionally the first time!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can provide you with a ballpark estimate based off of basic measurements or drawings but to give an accurate estimate and to troubleshoot any problems that might arise, we will need to see the area first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are one of only 15 Certified Tile Installers in the Twin Cities Area. This certification does not come easy and is awarded by The Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF). CTEF offers the only 3rd party assessment of installer skills and knowledge recognized by the Tile Industry.
