- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After getting some information from the potential client, I add each item/room that needs cleaning to a custom Magic Maid form and it calculates the cost of the job. Magic Maids work in a three person team to ensure that there is always and experienced cleaning technician available for every job. Also, we won't occupy your home for any extended periods of time. Also, please be advised that our appointment times are approximate. Please allow a 2 hour window of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After calculating cost. I will add you to my schedule and send you an email or text confirmation, along with a copy of our policies and procedures and a summary of what you should expect for your cleaning. Please allow a 2 hour window of time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients of all backgrounds. A wide range of religious backgrounds and ethnicities, to the busy working single, to the stay at home mom. My team and I do our best to respect religious practices, busy schedules, and baby's naptimes. I want all my clients to be satisfied. We're working for you.
