What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons can be purchased in blocks at a discounted price I offer 1/2 hour and 1 hour lessons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will provide a 1/2 hour evaluation/lesson at no charge. At that time, you can ask any questions you may have and I will explain my pitching and coaching philosophy with the student AND parent(s). Please feel free to call or text for more info.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started playing softball and pitching at the age of 9. I played High school softball in Long Beach, CA and attended Cal State Bakersfield where I played for 4 years, winning 3 straight National Championships from 1988-1990. I was the team’s pitching coach for 2 years after graduation and have been teaching private lessons since then.
