- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our full HR administrative service ("Your own HR department") is provided at a flat fee rate per employee, but can be adjusted based on particular needs. Our recruiting service is also provided for a flat fee per job requisition based on the level of service requested. We will always provide our recommended service and fee with the list of other options and prices. - On-demand employee management assistance may be hourly or fee-based, depending on the particular need and scope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
HR is not a "one size fits all" approach. We like to take time to listen to our clients and understand their business, goals, and needs first. From there, we can develop the best method or approach to helping you succeed with your specific HR needs.
