I have known Keith for 2 years, as a masseuse. I regularly do Crossfit and participate in competitions. His deep tissue massages, I would say, are excellent, keeping my muscles in check. He is very professional, courteous and my muscles hope that as he gets busier I can still get in at least once a month. :)

I regularly get massages from Keith and he has changed my life. I have a sedentary job and was plagued by sciatic nerve issues but after regular massages I no long have those issues anymore. I used to think massages were just for pampering but now I realize how good they are for my overall health.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed massage therapist. I have training in deep tissue, sweetish, reflexology, and trigger point therapy.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in holistic medicine. About eight years ago I started practicing yoga. Massage seemed to be a reasonable direction to go. I enjoy helping people feel better about themselves and life in general. I used to do it with music, now I do it with my hands.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have an idea of what you want to accomplish for yourself. Then find someone whose expertise and experience fit with your goals. Wether it be pain relief, detox, or general relaxation.
