About this pro
Great service and very responsive. I had requested same day service and they were able to accommodate. They we're delayed with a prior job but kept me updated throughout so that was not an issue at all. Would recommend!Jun 19, 2018VerifiedPatricia R.'s reply
Thank you Miguel, so glad you were happy with our service.
They were about 3hrs late which put us behind our schedule, I was a little put off but I do understands things happen. However, not doing a good job on top of being late is not acceptable. The house had no furniture and its is a new construction. We feel taken advantage of. They were very friendly.Jan 27, 2018VerifiedPatricia R.'s reply
Hi Andrea, I want to apologize for your dis-satisfaction and any inconvenience we caused you. I showed your husband the sealant around your drain, we thought some of these issues would be going back to your contractor. The tile back-splash in your kitchen still had dried grout along tiles that we wiped clean. Leaving some of that behind on the counter-top was an over-sight and I take full responsibility. There is no excuse for the way that toilet looks. We cleaned 4 toilets in your home, somewhere there was some miscommunication on getting back to double check this one. I sincerely apologize for this poor work. We demand better from ourselves and will use this as a reminder. The paint on the wood flooring looks like it was taken behind your washer and dryer. It represents how your wood floors looked throughout four (4) floors of complete hard flooring. We cleaned all of that. We would not have moved your extra large washer and dryer to get behind there unless specifically requested... You told us that you needed a standard clean. You specifically wrote to us, and told us that you did not need a deep clean. You also said you had people in before us to do the construction cleanup. During the initial walk-through, we went room to room with you, You did not mention anything about removing paint and sealant. I believed we were going beyond your house cleaning request by cleaning the paint edges off of wood floors as well as the paint in between the joints in hardwood flooring. You were looking through every room as we moved along and didnt have an issue with anything until you asked if tile floor in basement can be re-wiped. I was happy to do so. We also helped scrape hardwood lacquer off of basement tile floor with your husband. We felt like we did our jobs when we left your home, we felt like we covered all of your concerns. There must have been a breakdown in communication on our end to see how wrong we were. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience and for your disatisfaction with our services... Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will be happy to schedule a time convenient for you to touch up these areas free of charge. Just leave us a message here or call.
