Introduction: Hi there, I’m a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef with restaurant, catering and personal chef experience. I enjoy creating fresh & beautiful food for your events. I have also taught the craft of cooking, including knife skills, stocks & soups from scratch & basics of cooking to expert restaurant quality food in your home. I enjoy working with clients and love to see your excitement when you create amazing & tasty food. I can cook French, American, Mexican, Asian, South American, Cuban & European food with confidence. I also can bake some amazing desserts for you as well and have knowledge on pairings cocktails, beer & wine. I spent quite a bit of time traveling & learning cuisines from all over the world so if you are interested in learning international cuisine I can teach you or provide beautiful food for your event.
