- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, with a new customer on the initial call, I would get clarity on what exactly problem is. Once I understand the problem, discuss a plan of action to remediate the problem. If on-site troubleshooting is required to before the problem can be determined, then a time is scheduled for a visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems – Networking from Strayer University.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got interested in Information Technology (IT) in High School. At that time, mainframe computers were used for computing power and the input media was punched cards or tape. From there, my career in IT evolved with the industry. As a result, I’ve held a number of positions from Computer Operator to Server Administrator. Since the industry has been good to me, I want to use some of that experience to empower anyone who wants to embrace to power of Information Technology.
