- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate for my financial plans and you will know the total price for your plan before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything can be done online or at your home (if local) including signing your agreement, providing information via MoneyGuidePro, and communicating with me. I'm able to serve customers in most parts of the country.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from The American College of Financial Services. This program is nine courses covering all topics of personal financial planning, including the required courses for CFP® certification. I passed the CFP® exam in March 2018.
