I use the Geller's Blue Book to jewelry repair and design
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with new customers and explain what is needed to repair the piece of jewelry in question. I then explain the repair process in detail so the customer understands the materials that will be used in the repair process. I think it is important that my customers trust me in making their jewelry new again.
