- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do. For a service call there is a fee of $85 which covers 1 hour of diagnostics. I use a straightforward pricing guide which I break down to the customer on site. Nothing gets charged until the customer is comfortable and clear with what needs to take place. If a installation is required a professional, written estimate is provided detailing all work, materials to be used and estimated time to completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a conversation detailing what the customer is expecting and how we can fulfill their needs. I also like to leave my personal, direct phone number so that I can be reached at any time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to technical training school, regular classes and refresher courses are attended by all who work for us.
