Introduction: I am an ordained minister. I officiate weddings, customized to your needs. I am willing to travel over 100 miles, or you can come to our location in Lansing, MI. I will tailor your ceremony to meet your beliefs and practices. I can do ceremonies on a short notice. I also do house clearing/blessings. Christine flew to Las Vegas and married myself and my husband. She was amazing! Not only is she a fantastic officiant, but she also is a friend, person to talk to and someone who enhanced the wedding experience as a whole. I want to say the thing that meant the most were the little things with Christine. She paid acute attention to detail from the time the wedding was announced until we were at the Chapel. First she found out about myself and my husband's religious beliefs and backgrounds. She then sent a draft of what she thought might be a good wedding to us. When she did this she incorporated my Native American Heritage with that of my husband's beliefs. The ceremony she sent over was beautiful and we all worked together to fine tune it to our needs. Additionally we had a unity candle in the ceremony which she provided and we have been using as a centerpiece on our table of our home ever since. Another memorable touch was the wedding book she created for my husband and myself as a keepsake with our pictures, our wedding, our vows and some other things she thought we might want to remember. All and all one of the best parts of our wedding was getting to know Christine. Thanks so much for being the amazing person you are and for giving Blake and I a ceremony we will never forget. Reverend Andrews is emotionally connected to her craft; she is genuine, compassionate and caring...goes well beyond the call of duty. One would be hard pressed to find a leader with such gentle strength and intense dedication to spiritual beliefs. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would begin with a conversation to let us get to know each other a bit. We discuss your ideas, what kinds of things you would like included. I like to take the time to address all of your questions and concerns. I help couples write their vows. I am available to my couples every step of the way to create the wedding of your dreams.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained minister, and an ordained priest in The Order of Melchizedek.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my minister training wanting to really work closely with people. I like to focus on performing ceremonies for families, and counseling. Helping others is what makes me happy. When officiating weddings, I love and feel blessed to be able to witness the love these couples have for each other, and the priceless smiles as they enjoy one of the most memorable days of their lives.
