- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is different depending on whether you are moving locally or you are moving a long distance. When moving locally we have a standard hourly rate. Moving long distance we can offer affordable tariff or flat rates for your move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we love to speak with you on the phone to ask you some basic and preliminary questions to get a feel of what you need and want. After that, we may ask that we do an in-home estimate, especially if you are moving a long distance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I train my guys on packing and loading, as well as customer service every quarter so that you have the best moving experience. We strive for your complete and utter satisfaction...even when we screw up. We know that moving is stressful so you don't need any more from us.
