They never showed to do the job. UPDATE to the reply below from this company, they indicated they could come Monday, Nov.19th. I replied to set up an appointment time for that day and provided my phone number as backup. Waited around the house the day suggested and followed up with another message and three phone calls via the app. No response until I provided a negative review and I can only assume their reply is intentionally dishonest since I was never contacted again and our message history is easily visible, so I'm not sure what they "looked into".
