- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, Every home and customer is different. The condition of the home determines the amount of Prep work to be done on a project as well as the customer's needs and materials chosen are the main factor in the price we quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give a free estimate, if customer accepts quote we sign contract, decide on a tentative start date, receive deposit to get the job on our schedule, choose colors, do test patches at customers request, wait for HOA approval if needed, get in touch with customer to get the go ahead to start the job, communicate with customer on progress of the job, do a final walk around with customer before asking for final payment, ask customer to fill small survey rating our service and a short review on their experience with our company and give us any referrals to their friends and family.
