I have a fixed rate of weekly/monthly pricing. There may be a discount depending on length of service provided.

Typical process is a health assessment which includes basic health questions, measurements, starting point and a strategy for obtaining goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Certified in both CPR and AED. I am Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have been in the medical field since 1987 with a concentration in Sports Medicine (West Chester University).
