The ladies at Neat Freaks & Slobs did such a great job on my house. They cleaned dirt I didn't even realize was there! They were all so nice and friendly and made the process a breeze!Sep 8, 2017VerifiedNeat Freaks & Slobs LLC's reply
Thank you Ashley for your review. It was a pleasure helping you with your move out. We appreciate the opportunity and hope you hire us again soon.
Had a first time deep cleaning and they did an excellent job. Came home to a spotless house, they are very thorough. Love it!Oct 18, 2017
Neat Freaks & Slobs is an excellent cleaning service. We have been a customer for about six months, having our house serviced every two weeks! They are extremely professional, friendly, dedicated, honest, committed to excellence, timely, and goes beyond. The owner truly cares about her customers and the service she is providing...she always wants to know you are pleased with the service. I had heard nightmares about looking for a cleaning service, but found a jackpot with Neat Freaks & Slobs. I highly recommend them for your all cleaning needs!Nov 5, 2016Neat Freaks & Slobs LLC's reply
The good thing about having my staff do the job, is having my staff do the job... the bad thing about it is that I miss the furry babies ... so I just show up anyway! haha. Thanks Cindy!
Florence was very helpful with other issues that I was having besides doing a great cleaning job with her staffOct 12, 2017VerifiedNeat Freaks & Slobs LLC's reply

Excellent cleaning service. Very professional, on time, hard working, trust worthy and happy to have found them. There's nothing I would change about their service and will continue using them.Jan 28, 2017VerifiedNeat Freaks & Slobs LLC's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prospective clients most often ask us: "How long will it take to clean my house?" I would answer: "How long did it take to bring it to the state it is at now?" On one hand, we clean an 8,000 square foot house every other week in 4 labor hours. On the other hand, we also clean a 1,500 square foot house in 4 labor hours. The difference in labor needed to complete the job is due to the number of persons and pets living in the house, if you work from home or are rarely ever home but just to sleep, how crowded with furniture and knick-knacks the home is, the length of time since we did a deep cleaning, how much maintenance the home owners put into between each visits, etc. Each home, condo or office is different, so we tailor to your needs. There is really no other way than pulling up our sleeves, do the dirty job thoroughly from the start and then regular maintenance. Cutting corners is not in our training manual! We can also provide you with tips on managing some of the light housekeeping yourself, but it's up to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We try to be as flexible as you need us to be for the scheduling of our services. We prefer to start with a deep cleaning because it insures satisfaction, helps lighten the cost of recurring cleanings and provides your home the care it really needs. Once we've established a routine schedule, we will rely on our customers' feedback to make sure their satisfaction stays high. As the business owner, I make regular site visits while my workers are present, to verify the quality of the work performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am detail oriented and an over-achiever. I train my staff to clean like my mom taught me, and if there ever was a PhD in cleaning, I could probably teach it ;)! I am extremely picky as to whom I hire, and as well as to whom I work for. I train my workers myself, you will often see me on-site working with them.
