- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?our pricing is $50 for a 1 hour session if you book through me on thumbtack. We also offer non-contract personal training packages on our website IronFamilyFit.com and will offer an additional discount for our thumbtack customers on those packages. In addition we offer nutritional advice and custom programs to all our clients as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All of our clients go through an initial assessment to determine their overall fitness level. This assessment includes a medical questionnaire, general conversation about your exercise history, your goals, and any other needs you need. Also, we will conduct a general fitness assessment to gauge what type of training program will best fit you.
