What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pretty simple $1 per minute.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client lets me know why they are wanting the session and I like to give full body massage but with focus on the area they want help with. The session is what the client wants not what I think they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2003 I graduated from New Mexico College of Natural Healing in Silver City. I would say one of the best schools out there. Gwen Unruh is very talented and knowledgeable and if she offered another massage program I would go again! I didn't pursue massage at that time but the calling was so strong and I was so unhappy in my office job (and Gwen didn't have the program anymore) that I went to another school close to me called Massage Therapy Training Institute (MTTI) here in Las Cruces and graduated in 2014. MTTI helped refresh me and I passed the MBlex and became licensed in the state of New Mexico in 2015.
