Introduction: I am a 20yr old Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a college student pursuing a Kinesiology Degree. I have played sports all my life including Football, Basketball, Soccer, & Track and truly have a great passion for fitness. I was player on the 2015 NM All-Star 4A football team and have coached/mentored many athletes before as well. Relating my sports experience into Personal Training, I know that I can help you achieve the fitness goals that you set for yourself.
As a Personal Trainer my three greatest motivations are God, positivity, and results. When training a client I love to have a high intensity, fun, and positive workout routine to keep fitness more enjoyable. Time flys when you're having fun, and the results will come faster too!
