- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really don't have a system for pricing I just try to keep my prices lower than other companies for which if there low prices everyone could enjoy a day off to pamper themselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To understand the wants and needs of each individual clients job. L and D Housekeeping Services prides ourselves on every little detail that our clients want done. I believe in using quality cleaning supplies and quality equipment. It's not only eco friendly but it also helps me to transform you home into a house that you and your family could enjoy day after day knowing that your house had been literally cleaned from the top to the bottom to the underneaths of the furniture and that is what L and D gives to everyone of there clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years experience as an office manager for a cleaning service. I have 40 years experience in being a wife and mother and daughter in cleaning the house. And 3 years experience in having my own cleaning company.
